The new 20,000 square meter innovation center, scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2013, is being developed at the Utrecht Science Park, an international, prominent cluster of scientific research and knowledge-intensive activities. In this new building Danone will centralize R&D activities currently carried out in the Netherlands, Germany and Great Britain. With high-quality scientific research, the new international research center will support the Danone brands in baby food and the medical food divisions, including Nutricia, a brand connected to the Netherlands from way back.
